At Dance World, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and dance shoes. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original boxes or bags, ensuring that dance shoes show no signs of floor wear and leotards have hygiene liners intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
